(Tax Code.014012170035) web hosting is the data processor, which\nprocesses the data on behalf of the Controller, is located in the European\nEconomic Area and acts in compliance with European standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nData Controller processes your Personal Data by adopting appropriate security\nmeasures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or\ndestruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nprocessing is carried out using IT and\/or telematic tools, with organisational\nmethods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to\nthe Data Controller, in some cases, access to the data may be given to\ncategories of employees involved in the organisation of the Website\n(administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or\nexternal parties (such as suppliers of third party technical services, postal\ncouriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also\nappointed, where necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nData Controller undertakes to implement solutions aimed at ensuring the secrecy\nand security of data processing but is not responsible for the correctness,\ncompliance and accuracy of any data entered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nData Controller undertakes to remove your data in response to your express\nrequest received via: &#8220;privacy@alpi.it&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any\ndata provided without your express consent shall be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data storage period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\ndata are processed for the time necessary to perform the service you requested\nor required by the purposes described in this document.
